If you prefer a more traditional setting while still enjoying the benefits of a vibrant community, our standard lots offer the perfect solution. These lots still provide all the advantages of community living along with a great lot rate. Rent Tier: $550/month

4. RV and "Tiny Home" Sites
Sites are now available for new Blue Heron Village tenants in our RV Community! Bring your "Tiny Home" or your "Luxury RV" for setup on a Ridge Lane Campsite. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and nature as you settle into this welcoming community. Come and experience the charm of Blue Heron Village today! This RV resort is for Blue Heron Village Tenants Only, No short term leases. 12 month minimum lot leases are available ranging from $5,900 to $7,900 per year which includes full sewer and water hookup. Sign up with Met Ed for electric, Comcast Cable for internet, and Countryside Propane for fuel. All sites are very spacious and surrounded by beautiful woodlands and farm fields. Land Lease Details
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining trees, lawns, and snow within their lot space. Blue Heron Village LLC maintains all roads and common areas, including trails and water areas, as well as the sewer and water services up to the homes.

HOA
Keep your eyes open for updates on the HOA. Our Windsor Township is requiring an HOA to be created to ensure long term care of the roads and common areas. We are working to create an HOA plan to accommodate the existing BHV land lease program.
