RV Pad Sites

We’re now offering RV sites for new long-term tenants in our Blue Heron Village community! These sites are perfect whether you have a luxury RV or a cozy tiny home setup. You’ll be on Ridge Lane — a peaceful area surrounded by woodlands and farm fields. This is a 12-month lease opportunity only (no short-term stays). Annual lot rent ranges from $5,000 to $7,000 depending on site location and features. Each site comes with full sewer and water hookups. You’ll sign up directly with Met-Ed for electric, Comcast for internet, and have the option for propane fuel. Just a heads-up: RV pads are only available on the left side of the map (Ridge Lane).
