Adorable, cozy, and perfect for families—our Classic Bungalows are nestled side by side near the back of the campground with plenty of yard space to enjoy. Each sleeps six with a queen master, four twin bunks, and a sectional couch. You'll have heat, A/C, a full bath, and a stocked kitchen with cooktop stove (no oven). We’ve got the essentials ready for you—dishes, utensils, pans, toaster, griddle, coffee maker with filters, and more. Outside, unwind with a charcoal grill, firepit, picnic table, and six Adirondack chairs. Just bring your linens, towels, paper goods, and toiletries—we’ll handle the rest.

Our brand-new Beach Bungalows bring a fresh twist on comfort and style—all in one easy-to-love layout. Each has two bedrooms, one full bath, and 399 square feet of bright, cozy space. Inside you’ll find a queen bed in the main bedroom, full-size bunks in the second, a galley kitchen, and a combined dining/living room. Step outside and enjoy the breeze from your vaulted 10'x12' covered porch overlooking the cul-de-sac. We provide all the basics: dishes for six, cookware, utensils, toaster, griddle, microwave, coffee maker with filters, and a charcoal grill. You'll also have your own firepit, picnic table, and outdoor seating. Just bring your linens, towels, toiletries, and paper products—and get ready to kick back in comfort.

This unit sleeps up to five, with a queen bed in the master, a small double bunk nook, and a jack-knife couch. It has A/C, one full bathroom, and a simple kitchen setup with a petite fridge, microwave, and four barstools—note, there’s no stove or oven. Water use is limited due to the holding tank, but the shower house is just a short walk away. We’ve stocked the essentials for you: place settings for six, basic utensils, toaster, coffee maker, griddle, and more. Things to know

General Rules

  • Vehicles: You are allowed two vehicles per site. No parking on roads. Every vehicle must display a car pass.

  • Fresh water hose: Each camper is required to have a White RV Hose.

  • Speed limit: 5 MPH. There are many children in the park and people walking, please obey the 5 mph speed limit!

  • Quiet Time: Quiet time is between 10:30 A.M. - 8:00 A.M. No loud music or parties! For the enjoyment of everyone, OCC requests that you respect our quiet hour rules from 10:30 pm to 8:00 am. Radios, TVs, and all other audio-producing devices must be OFF at 11 pm. Quiet conversation is permitted after 10:30 pm. However, please be respectful of your neighbors and requests from OCC security. Children must remain at their site during quiet hours unless accompanied by an adult. OCC reserves the right to evict anyone who does not follow our rules without a refund.

  • Bicycles/skateboards/scooters/rip sticks/etc.: Must be put away at dark.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if the reservation is canceled prior to 14 days of stay, less admin fee of $15.00, or 10% (whichever is greater), per camping unit reservation. More than 72 hours notice to 13 days, a rain check for the full amount, less admin fee of $15.00, or 10% (whichever is greater), rain check expires one year from date of issuance. No refund if canceled with less than 72 hours notice. Credit cards will be charged and deposits kept due to no-shows or same-day cancellations. Camping is an outdoor experience, we do not charge you for sunshine and therefore will not provide refunds for inclement weather. We have no control over the whims of Mother Nature.

Pet Policy

  • RV & Tent campers are welcome to bring their furry friends camping with them. Pets are not allowed in our rental units (OCC Bungalows) or on rental unit grounds ($200 cleaning fee and immediate eviction apply) We want to make sure everyone has an enjoyable stay; so please respect the following rules if you bring your pet:
